To obtain the stage and production API key you need to create a merchant. The merchant represent the entity that actually sell goods using BeSafe Pay plaform.
This means that you need to create, for each of your customer, a different merchant profile that will generate different api keys.
Once the merchant is created we will send to the provided email a link to access the KYC platform (this is valid only for production mode) where the merchant have to upload all the required documents to verify the identity.
KYC process
As stated above, once you create a merchant we send a welcome email with the KYC procedure link. While the KYC is in progress the generated production KEY will be rejected from our server.
The KYC process is required by the banking law for all payment institutions, the process may take up to 7 days based on how fast the hotel provide us the required documents.
